1.3 User-Generated Content: Any content you post, including text, images, or other data shared within the App.

1.4 Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access and use the App, such as the device you use and certain analytics data. However, we do not use cookies or tracking pixels in our App.

2.1 To Provide and Improve Our Services: We use your data to personalize your experience, generate itineraries, and recommend necessary outdoor gear, permits, or passes.

2.2 User Experience Improvements: We analyze user data to understand how our Services are being used and to make improvements or develop new features.

3.2 Third-Party Services: We integrate with OpenAI API, Visual Crossing Weather API, Google Places API, TripAdvisor API, and NPS API. While these services may collect certain data when you use features that rely on their APIs, we do not share your personal information (such as your name, email, or date of birth) with them. 5.2 Delete: If you would like us to delete your personal information, please contact us at support@outandabt.ai. We will remove your personal information from our active databases.

5.3 Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving non-essential communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in our emails or by contacting us directly.

6.1 The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

7.1 The Services are intended for users in the USA. We do not specifically target or market to users outside the USA. If you choose to access or use the Services from outside the USA, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
